4. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Guardix Security Technology Co., Ltd. is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, shipping carrier issues, or force majeure events. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Warranty

All products come with a 2-year standard warranty covering manufacturing defects. Extended warranty options are available. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

Guardix Security Technology Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
