Product Description

The PM-HLC-S804B is our heavy-duty hydraulic rising bollard, engineered for the most demanding high-traffic environments — logistics hubs, toll stations, and industrial checkpoints. Its electric hydraulic drive system delivers exceptional response speed: raise in ≤4 seconds, lower in ≤2 seconds.

Constructed with a 304+201 stainless steel composite tube (approximately 52 kg), the bollard is reinforced with 3 internal guide rods for superior anti-collision strength and is rated to withstand passage pressure from 40-ton container trucks. The IP68 waterproof and dustproof design, combined with an extreme operating temperature range of -35°C to 75°C, ensures reliable performance in the harshest climates.

A bottom drainage design (≥φ50mm) prevents water accumulation. Safety features include emergency stop and power-failure emergency lowering. This product is designed and manufactured by our company.
