The YC-01 is our flagship automatic rising bollard, engineered with an integrated electro-hydraulic drive system for reliable, fast operation (3–5 seconds raise/lower). The 304 stainless steel column body features a 6mm wall thickness and a 10mm reinforced flange plate, delivering robust perimeter protection for high-traffic security checkpoints.
Equipped with 3M reflective warning bands and LED beacon lights for high visibility day and night. The IP68 fully-sealed waterproof design ensures uninterrupted performance even in flooded conditions. Remote control, mobile phone app, and control-box integration are all supported. An emergency backup power lowering function guarantees safe operation during power outages.

Control System Integration
Control System Integration: Multi-function integrated digital programmable controller. One controller can simultaneously control 1–8 bollards with group control capability. The mainboard reserves interfaces for card readers and ground-loop detection signals, compatible with various gate-opening signals. Operating voltage: 220V, control voltage: 24V, installed separately from the bollard body. Optional features: RFID radio-frequency identification, License Plate Recognition (LPR), remote control, mobile app control, centralized management platform, UPS emergency power supply.

How deep must the foundation be for the YC-01?
The recommended embedded depth is 1100mm. A concrete foundation of at least 800mm × 800mm × 1200mm is required. Detailed installation drawings are provided with every order.
Can the YC-01 operate in winter or freezing conditions?
Yes. The IP68 sealed design prevents water ingress and freezing damage. For extreme cold climates, please contact our technical team for cold-weather configuration recommendations.
